Installation and debugging of satellite antenna
Installation and debugging of satellite antenna
Installation fixed
When installing a parabolic antenna, it is generally installed according to the structural drawing provided by the manufacturer. The antenna structure of each manufacturer is basically the same. The structure of the antenna reflector has two types: integrally formed and split (the reflector above 2M is basically split), and the tripods mainly include column tripods and tripods (column tripods are more common), and some are below 1.8 meters. The tripod is a horizontal tripod.
The following are the basic installation steps:
The horizontal tripod is installed on the prepared base, the level is corrected, and then the tripod wire is strengthened and welded to fix it (the horizontal tripod must be fixed after adjusting the azimuth angle).
Install the upper tray and the elevation adjustment screw.
Install the reinforcing bracket of the reflector and the reflector on the reflector tray in order. When the reflector is connected to the reflector, fix it slightly and not tighten it temporarily. After all are installed, adjust the surface of the reflector and fix all screws. Sturdy. It is noted here that some manufacturers of split reflectors have no order and can be assembled at will, but some three lobes have installation points for installing the feed rods. These three lobes must be installed in three points, otherwise the feed bracket is installed The reflection focus of the rear asymmetric feed and the antenna cannot be coincident, which affects the signal gain or even fails to receive the signal. After the integrally formed reflector is installed on the pallet rack, the reflector can be directly installed on the azimuth bracket.
Install the feeder bracket and feeder fixing plate.
Installation and adjustment of feed source and tuner: The feed source and tuner must be aligned with the rectangular waveguide port connected to it, and the waveguide port must be flat. A seal ring is added between the two waveguide ports, and the screws are tightened to prevent water seepage. Install the connected feed tuner on the feed fixing plate and align the center of the parabolic antenna to focus.
